1. Service Area
We deliver within a 15-20 km radius of Zirakpur, Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali Tri‑City (PIN codes 140603, 160104, 160055, etc.). Orders outside this zone are subject to acceptance and extra fees.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch Time
- Same‑day cakes: 4-5 hrs preparation + 1 hr dispatch window.
- Custom cakes: Minimum 24 hrs preparation.
3. Delivery Slots
Monday–Sunday, 10 AM – 8 PM IST. Customers select a preferred date at checkout; exact slot is confirmed by WhatsApp.
4. Shipping Costs

5. Delivery Attempt & Responsibility
We attempt delivery once. If the recipient is unavailable, the order is considered fulfilled and no refund is given (cakes are perishable). Redelivery is subject to additional fees.
